TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
The Company You Will Be Joining – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a leading recruitment firm in the property space. Placing professionals across the property industry, from real estate to engineering, these recruiters know everything there is about the market. With a grad billing £300k+ in the first year, you can take home a good chunk of this because of their generous commission structure with no threshold. Looking for charismatic, chatty, and ambitious individuals to join their desk, they are wanting to hire 2-3 new faces to guide them through their new career into recruitment.
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base with an increase to £30k once promoted
- Quick career promotion as it is target based – usually promoted within 5-6 months
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE £50k Year 1

- Work from home offered 1-2 days a week depending on whether you’re hitting the target
- Holiday incentives for when you hit targets to places such as Barcelona, Paris, Ibiza, and Mykonos

The Ideal Candidate for the Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a top university
- Solid sales experience
- Financially motivated and wanting to earn big
- Competitive – sports background
- Confident and personable
- Articulate

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales based role that involves matching up clients and candidates to make a successful placement and gain your commission
- 360 recruitment so you will be doing your own business development and sourcing your own clients
- Studying the market and offering clients advice on trends and inside information on their competitors
- Sourcing candidates for the clients – this is done through headhunting, cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn
- Organising interviews and taking them through the interview process, giving tips throughout
- Negotiate the contract and make the placement
