Sales Consultant (Recruitment)
Newcastle upon Tyne | £27,600 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for ambitious, competitive and driven individuals to join our Newcastle office as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.
Before you apply, it's important to understand one thing: Recruitment is a sales career.
This is not a typical office-based administration role. You'll be responsible for building relationships, speaking with people daily, developing business opportunities and generating revenue. We provide exceptional training, but the people who succeed here are hungry, resilient and motivated to achieve more.
What Does a Recruitment Consultant Do?
Think of it as a combination of sales, business development and relationship management.
You'll:
- Build relationships with companies looking to hire talent
- Source and engage high-quality technology professionals
- Advertise and market opportunities
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Win new business opportunities
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
You'll essentially run your own desk, building a network of clients and candidates while generating revenue for the business.
