Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Newcastle

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
From day one, you’ll learn how to manage your own “desk” and build a network within a specialist market.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Speaking to businesses and building new relationships
- Sourcing and engaging top talent
- Managing candidates through interviews and offers
- Learning how to negotiate and close deals
- Building your own client and candidate network
- Working towards targets and developing your commercial skills
