£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £20k extra in OTE

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in SEND, you'll build meaningful relationships with schools and education professionals, matching outstanding talent with opportunities where they can make a lasting impact.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing partnerships and becoming a trusted adviser to your schools.
Success comes from building genuine relationships, understanding your clients' challenges and thinking creatively to find solutions. You'll enjoy uncovering opportunities, opening doors and finding new ways to win business while delivering an exceptional service.
About You
We're looking for someone with the curiosity to ask better questions, the creativity to find new opportunities and the drive to turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
You might be a graduate with a passion for SEND and a few years of work experience, or someone looking for the next exciting step in a sales, customer-focused or recruitment career.
You'll thrive if you:
