TRM Recruitment is working with a high-growth specialist recruitment business that is looking for ambitious graduates to join its London team.
This isn't a company that hires anyone and everyone into recruitment. They only hire graduates, invest heavily in training and development, and have built a team of young, ambitious people who want to progress.
They recruit globally across some of the fastest-growing areas of the market, including AI, Data Centres, Connectivity and Cyber Security.
So, who are they looking for?
Honestly, personality matters.
- You might have played football or rugby at university.
- You might be competitive by nature.
- You enjoy being around people and like the idea of working somewhere where your performance actually matters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You don't need recruitment experience — you'll be trained from the ground up.
What they do want is someone confident, resilient, competitive and ambitious, who wants to build a career rather than just find a job after university.

- You'll speak to senior decision-makers.
- You'll develop your own network.
- You'll become a specialist in your chosen market.

And it isn't all work.
The team is big on the social side too, with regular incentives, events and team socials — so if you're looking for somewhere you'll actually enjoy spending your time, you'll fit in well.
