I'm working with a growing recruitment business that's looking to hire ambitious graduates and sales professionals to join their team, recruiting into the U.S. construction market.

- £27,500 basic salary
- £55k+ realistic first-year earnings

The role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialise in the U.S. construction market, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment process.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Winning new business and building relationships with construction companies across the U.S.
- Speaking with clients to understand their hiring plans and recruitment needs
- Headhunting and networking with high-quality construction professionals
- Managing candidates throughout the interview process, from first call through to placement
- Negotiating salaries, offers and start dates
- Building and developing your own client portfolio
- Becoming a market expert within your specialist sector
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced sales environment
