🚀 TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – DIGITAL MARKETING
📍 Manchester

We’re growing the team at Tribal Recruitment and looking for someone to start their career with us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Digital Marketing.
You don’t need recruitment experience.
You don’t need to come from a particular background.
We’re looking for someone with energy, confidence and the ambition to build a successful career.
SO, WHAT IS RECRUITMENT?
At its core, it’s a people business.
- You’ll build relationships with talented digital marketers, get to know some of the best agencies and brands in the market, and connect great people with great opportunities.
- But there’s a big commercial side too.
- You’ll learn how to win new clients, headhunt talent, negotiate, manage hiring processes and eventually build a market of your own.
- Think sales + networking + people + business.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- 📱 Finding and approaching talented people on LinkedIn
- 📞 Speaking to candidates and clients every day
- 🤝 Building relationships with agencies and brands
- 🔎 Headhunting candidates for live opportunities
- 💬 Interviewing candidates and understanding what they want next
- 📅 Organising interviews and managing the recruitment process
- 💰 Negotiating offers and closing placements
- 📈 Developing new business and growing your own client network
