Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Central London | Uncapped Earnings + Elite Incentives
Full-time | Office-Based | Central London (5 days a week)

Explore Group is hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants for our London HQ. You’ll receive hands-on coaching from Directors and top performers who have billed millions — accelerating you from rookie to revenue-generator fast. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll learn to own the full 360° recruitment desk, including:

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

- Mastering sales, sourcing, negotiation, and closing
- Writing high-impact job ads that actually convert
- Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, headhunting, and outbound strategies
- Building relationships with candidates through consultative selling
- Presenting high-quality shortlists to Account Managers with commercial insight
- Growing your desk — and your commission — by building a specialist market
This is a genuine business-development role where your desk becomes your personal business within the Explore brand.
