Chroma Recruitment is growing and we're looking for commercially driven people who want to build a career in recruitment.
You don't need previous recruitment experience. You may already be working in sales, business development, account management, estate agency or another target-driven role, or be a graduate with the confidence and ambition to build a commercial career.
You'll join a structured 12-week induction programme covering recruitment, sales, market insight, systems and the tools you'll use every day, with support from experienced recruiters across Engineering, Tech & Digital and Care.

What you'll get
- £26,000–£27,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with no threshold, paid monthly
