We're working with a start-up recruitment business specialising in the US Data Centre market — one of the best recruitment markets in the world right now.
Their consultants are working on roles where fees regularly exceed $30k, giving you the opportunity to earn significantly more than you would in most graduate sales roles.
The business is still at an early stage, so you'll have the chance to play a big role in its growth rather than joining a huge recruitment company where you're just another number.
The founders have previously worked for and helped scale a PE-backed recruitment business, so they know what it takes to build and grow a recruitment firm properly.
Because you're working in the US market, there will also be opportunities to travel to the US to meet clients and candidates as the business grows.
What will you actually be doing?
You'll be responsible for building your own network within the US Data Centre industry and ultimately running your own recruitment desk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
