What you will do

  • Work closely with green energy clients to understand their projects and talent needs
  • Proactively win new business through calls, emails, and relationship-building
  • Become a trusted partner to clients delivering renewable energy projects worldwide
  • Source and engage high-calibre technical talent through headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first conversation to placement and global mobilisation
  • Build deep expertise in a renewable energy niche, owning your market over time
  • Create engaging adverts, campaigns, and content to attract the best talent in the sector

What you bring

  • Experience in sales or recruitment (telesales, B2B, B2C, call centre, inside sales) or a proven hunger to succeed
  • Confidence to pick up the phone, handle objections, and keep going
  • A target-driven mindset with ambition to progress and earn
  • Resilience, energy, and a strong work ethic
