Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Finance

Manchester | £27,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission

If you’re ambitious, commercially minded and looking for a career where your progression and earnings can move quickly, this is an opportunity worth considering.

We’re working with a specialist finance recruitment business in Manchester that has grown substantially over the last two years and is now looking to bring in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant as part of its next phase of growth.

You’ll be joining a genuinely high-performing environment. There are consultants within the business billing between £300,000 and £500,000 per year, backed by one of the strongest commission structures in the market.

More importantly, you’ll be learning from one of the most experienced and successful leaders in the space, giving you the training and support to develop properly from day one.
