- £28k base salary + 40% commission with no threshold

THE COMPANY: TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Founded by two best friends who were the top billers of their previous company and so decided to branch out and start their own recruitment firm. Focusing on the tech space, specifically AI and Cloud, they recruit mid-level to C-suite level professionals.
Top biller is billing fees as high as 330k, taking home a hefty chunk of this due to the 40% commission structure. The founders believe in hands-on training, allowing you to get stuck in and earn money from the very start. Hiring 3 more faces for the cohort of 6 – start date end of July.

THE ROLE ITSELF: TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Fast-paced sales role, aiming to match up your clients and candidates and make a placement. You will have to do a lot of cold calling, outreach, networking, advertising, consulting, and negotiating.
