Salary:
- £25,000-£29,000
Commission & Earnings:
- Market-leading commission structure with realistic earning potential of:
- £35,000 YEAR 1
- £70,000 YEAR 2
- £100,000 YEAR 3

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Oyster, you’ll be trained to:
- Identify and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment and sales techniques
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike
- Learn your specialist market and provide insight-driven advice
- Work towards clear objectives within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
