  • Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
  • Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Negotiate offers - Make placements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
  • Vertical market specialist
