This role will be based around Asbestos / Fire / Legionella whilst being Field Based (our offices are in Lewes too) and this is a full-time opportunity.
Do it right because it matters
- Carry out asbestos, fire or Legionella assessments with technical accuracy and speed, always prioritising safety and compliance
- Deliver clear, evidence-based reports that clients can trust to take action
- Ensure every project meets or exceeds health and safety standards
Solve problems, not just identify them
- Use your expertise to recommend practical, risk-reducing solutions for each client
- Write clear, detailed specifications for remediation projects and confidently manage contractor activity
- Cross-sell other Summit services only when they bring meaningful value to the client’s wider risk profile

Essential skills and experience due to the nature of the role
- Minimum 5 years in environmental surveying or consultancy
- Relevant qualifications: P402/P403/P404/P405/NEBOSH Fire/P901
- Proven business development and client relationship skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with IT and report systems
- Full UK driving licence
Salary - 25-40k
Holiday 25 days plus Bank Holidays
