Location: Office-based role (GU10 5LZ) & regular travel
Salary: £27,000 p.a.

Following this continued growth, we are now looking for a Trainee Risk Surveyor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or perhaps open to a change of direction, looking to develop their expertise in property assessments and reporting within a supportive and motivated team.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct both on-site and desktop property assessments to determine reinstatement costs.
- Travel regularly to property assessments across the South, South East, and London.
- Handle large desktop reinstatement portfolio tasks.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports.
- Collaborate with our team of surveyors and admin assistants.
- Work within an exciting growing company that values culture, respect, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- A keen interest in property, surveying, or insurance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly and conduct site visits.
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- A proactive, team-focused attitude.
- An energy and enthusiasm to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of using Excel.
