Job Introduction
Pentagon are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking to embark on a career within the Motor Industry.

What Will You Be Doing?
Your apprenticeship with Pentagon will be diverse and fast paced. As well as having regular meetings with your Apprenticeship provider and completing your course work, you will also be a fully fledged member of our Sales Administration Department. Our colleagues are also going to be with you every step of the way offering their knowledge and experience to help on your journey.
During Your Apprenticeship, You Will Learn To
- Complete accurate and timely data entry tasks
- Assist in maintaining sales department records
- Invoicing vehicles
- Booking V5’s onto the computer system
- General office duties
- Assisting your team mates with other duties
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00pm.
Who Are We Looking for?
As an Apprentice with the Pentagon Group, you will need to:
- Be self motivated with lots of enthusiasm
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to maintain positive relationships.
- Be able to follow instructions and processes and show high attention to detail
- Possess great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
- Have good IT skills
- Demonstrate a strong team player mentality
- A minimum grade C / 4 in English and Maths and preferably in a Science based subject.
