Job Title – Trainee Sales Advisor
Reporting To – Sales Office Manager

The Role
Are you technically minded, confident speaking to people, and looking to build a career in sales? We are looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our Internal Sales team, providing technical sales support to customers across the UK plumbing and heating industry. Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone who enjoys understanding how technical products work, this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and build a career in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and Live Chat
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products
- Developing your technical knowledge across plumbing and heating products
- Assisting with product identification, specification, and basic fault diagnosis
- Processing customer enquiries and orders accurately using our ERP system
- Identifying sales opportunities and passing leads to our Area Sales team
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional level of service
- Working closely with the wider sales team to support business growth
Key Skills & Experience
- A degree/ technical qualification OR a strong interest in developing a technical career
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A logical, problem-solving approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using IT and learning new systems
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ambition to learn, develop, and progress
- Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team

Essential Qualifications
GCSE Maths, English

Working Hours
Monday - Friday (08:15 – 17:00)
Location
Pershore, Worcestershire (Office Based)
