Qualifications And Competences
- Business-oriented / Construction & Built Environment / Engineering undergraduate degree (preferably Master’s level). Additionally, you have a minimum of two years' work experience post-graduation.
- Having lived in the UK for more than 5 years, you are willing to travel within the UK (some overnight stays included) and for an international stay in Switzerland (up to 6 months).
- Proficient language skills in English (level C2), additional languages are an advantage, and you have a high level of digital literacy.
- Driven by ambition, continuous learning and personal growth, with the initiative to take ownership and deliver results in a dynamic environment, supported by strong sales acumen and a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to engage effectively with different personalities, collaborate across teams and create value for customers.

Trainee Programme
The SIGA trainee programme is designed to prepare you for future key roles within the UK organisation. It combines about 18 months of practical experience in the UK and Switzerland with an in-depth understanding of our business, culture, and ways of working.
- Start your exciting journey: During an intensive 2-month onboarding phase at our headquarters in Switzerland and in the UK market, you will receive training on our SIGA product range, as well as our market and sales approach. Over the following 8–10 months, you will take ownership of your own sales area in the Northern Powerhouse region, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and supporting construction professionals with tailored solutions.
- Broaden your perspective: For 3–6 months at our Swiss headquarters, you will work across various departments and collaborate with colleagues from throughout the organisation. This phase will deepen your understanding of how SIGA operates as a whole, expand your internal network and give you the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
- Invest in your long-term growth: At SIGA, we believe in developing talent from within. Depending on your strengths and interests, you will have the opportunity to grow into a project leadership or management role and make a lasting contribution to our shared vision.
