Role Description
The Trainee Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sidcup. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting property viewings, liaising with buyers and sellers, and assisting with negotiations under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves updating property listings, maintaining accurate records, and following up on leads to help progress sales and lettings. The Trainee Sales Negotiator will provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email, while learning the core skills of estate agency and building strong local market knowledge. This position offers training and mentoring to develop a career in residential property sales.

Qualifications
- Knowledge or strong interest in estate agency and residential property, with a willingness to learn best practices in Estate Agents and Lettings.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
- Proven Customer Service mindset, with a professional, helpful, and solutions-focused approach in all client interactions.
- Motivation to develop Sales skills, including handling enquiries, following up leads, and supporting negotiations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using basic office software and property systems; willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Ability to work on-site in Sidcup, including some flexibility around working hours depending on business needs.
- Previous customer-facing or retail experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
