The Role
As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you'll receive full training and ongoing support from experienced members of the team.
You'll work directly with customers, representing our clients professionally while developing your communication, customer service and commercial skills.
From day one, you'll have the opportunity to learn how successful customer acquisition campaigns operate and build the foundations for future progression.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Engaging with customers face to face and building genuine relationships
- Representing client brands in a professional and positive way
- Increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products or services
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Taking part in regular training, coaching and development sessions

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome, but not essential. Full training is provided.
