Trainee Sales Associate (Logistics Technology)

Rowley Regis, West Midlands
£25,000 Basic + Bonus Scheme

Are you a recent graduate with strong communication skills, commercial ambition, and a desire to build a successful career in sales?

We're looking for a Trainee Sales Associate to join our growing logistics technology business in Rowley Regis. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience while completing a fully funded apprenticeship designed to develop the core skills needed to thrive in a long-term sales career.

You'll start by managing inbound enquiries and supporting existing customers, giving you a solid foundation in consultative selling, relationship management, and customer success. After 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a more business development-focused role, taking ownership of outbound sales activity and new client acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries from prospective customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
  • Understanding customer challenges and matching them with logistics technology solutions
  • Following up on leads and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Supporting the wider sales team with account management activities
  • Learning the commercial and operational side of the logistics technology sector
  • Completing a sales apprenticeship to develop professional selling skills
