The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Sales Broker. No previous sales experience is required. From day one, you'll receive full training, ongoing coaching and hands-on support from experienced managers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with business customers to understand their requirements.
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Learning how to recommend solutions across energy, telecoms, payment services, waste and water.
- Building strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Preparing quotations and supporting the sales process.
- Keeping customer records up to date using our CRM system.
- Working towards individual and team targets with ongoing coaching and support.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.

Salary & Benefits
- £20,000 to £24,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission.
- Full training and ongoing coaching from experienced sales professionals.
