Good with people? Hungry to earn? Ready for your next step?
Some people are just naturally good with people. They can start a conversation with anyone. They know how to read the room, keep things positive and make people feel comfortable. Then there are people who want more. More responsibility. More money. More opportunities. More from themselves.
If that's you, you might fit in very well at Bespoke. We're a growing business in Newcastle, and we're looking for personable, ambitious people who want to work hard, develop quickly and be rewarded for the results they create.
You don't need previous sales experience. We'll teach you sales. You bring the personality, ambition and work ethic.
Let's talk about earning potential
We're not going to pretend money isn't important.
At Bespoke, earnings are uncapped. Alongside your base pay, you'll have access to performance-based weekly bonuses, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through strong performance.
There is no fixed ceiling on your earning potential. The more you develop, the better you perform, the more opportunities you can create for yourself.
And it's not just about the money
We're building a company where people can actually grow with the business. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of sales and customer engagement, but you'll also develop skills in:
- Business development
- Leadership
- Team performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
