Trainee Sales Consultant — Milton Keynes
Full-time, Monday–Friday · Realistic OTE £27,000–£32,000+ · Immediate start preferred

What your development looks like
Early stage: Learn the full customer journey — building rapport, understanding needs, presenting solutions, closing — with hands-on coaching from day one.
Building stage: Run your own customer conversations across B2B, B2C and event campaigns. Use weekly coaching feedback to sharpen your results.

What you'll do
- Build genuine relationships with prospective customers face-to-face
- Discover customer needs and tailor your pitch accordingly
- Develop product knowledge, objection handling and closing skills
- Maintain accurate campaign records
- Use coaching feedback to improve week by week
Who we're looking for
- Confident, approachable, excellent communicator
- Resilient and positive, even in challenging situations
- Ambitious, with a desire to develop personally and professionally
- No prior experience required — we value attitude and motivation above all
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sport is a bonus, not essential
