Ford Transit Trainee Sales Consultant
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Ford Transit Trainee Sales Consultant based at our Group Transit Centre in Shrewsbury.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills to join our highly successful team. The department has a proven track record on producing trainees through to the full high performing Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers (meet and greet customers)
- Make drinks for customers
- Organising and accompanying customers on test-drives
- Keeping display and showroom to Ford standards
- Highlighting any additional products relevant to the customer
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure all documents are processed prior to the handover
- Updating customers on the progress of orders and contacting potential customers to update them about new vehicles and deals
- Helping your branch with various marketing activities – from taking stock photos of our products to dreaming up inspiring content for our social media platforms
- Prospecting and growing customer base
- Manning off-site promotional events when needed
- Providing all customers with necessary relevant information and literature
- Inspecting vehicles pre-delivery
- Organise logistics of vehicles between the dealership & compound
- Learn a full product knowledge of the Ford commercial vehicles
- Protect customers data and help keep accurate and relevant data in order to use safely

About You
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence required
