The Role
We are recruiting a Trainee Sales Executive who, with training provided, will be responsible for guiding an exceptional customer journey, from reserving their new home through to handover, consistently maintaining brand image throughout.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- A passion for the property sector
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the forms of letters and emails
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Meet customers, build rapport and guide them through the specification of the property
- Guide customers through our new homes journey
- Manage and oversee the CRM database
- Work with third parties, ensuring solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisors are all proactively progressing the purchase and working towards the target exchange and completion dates
- Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the forms of letters and emails

Qualifications
- 5 GCSE’s (1-5)
- A full driving license and access to own vehicle
Working Days
Thursday-Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off) 10am-5pm
Contract
Permanent contract, full-time
