Picture this.

It’s Monday morning. You step onto a buzzy sales floor - phones ringing, deals happening, a leaderboard keeping everyone on their toes. The energy is high, the competition is friendly (but definitely real), and you’re right in the middle of it.

Tuesday rolls around and you’re wrapping up your day with an energising F45 workout class - fully paid for by Foxtons, of course. Work hard, train hard.

By Wednesday, you’re getting involved in a team social - think five-a-side football, group events, or just a good excuse to unwind and get to know the people you win with every day.

Thursday is where things click. The calls feel smoother, your confidence is up, and you might even see your name climbing the leaderboard as the competitions heat up.

Then Friday hits. Dress Down Friday. Same drive, same ambition, just a lot more comfortable.

And somewhere along the way? You’re building a real career.

What you'll be doing:

  • Speaking to a high volume of people and generating new business
  • Turning cold calls into warm opportunities
  • Building rapport quickly and confidently
  • Working towards clear targets and celebrating the wins
  • Learning the London property market inside out

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
