Trainee Sales Executive

Wynyard Homes | Full-time | Northumberland & North Yorkshire

Wynyard Homes is a growing, award-winning housebuilder creating thoughtfully designed homes across the North-East and Northumberland.

We’re looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our team, with a particular focus on our Northumberland developments.

You don’t need previous property experience. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, organised and enjoys working with people.

⭐️ The role:

You’ll learn the new-build sales process by working alongside our experienced Sales Executives and getting hands-on experience across our developments.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Welcoming customers and conducting viewings
  • Responding to enquiries and following up potential buyers
  • Keeping customers updated throughout their buying journey
  • Learning about reservations, mortgages and the legal process
  • Working with solicitors, mortgage advisers and our wider team
  • Maintaining the presentation of our show homes and developments
  • Gradually taking responsibility for your own customers

📈 Training & progression

You’ll receive on-the-job training and ongoing support, with an experienced Sales Executive as your buddy and main point of contact. As your confidence and knowledge grow, the role will progress into a fully qualified Sales Executive position, with further opportunities to develop as the business grows.

🏘️ Who we’re looking for

You could come from sales, estate agency, retail, hospitality, customer service, automotive or another people-facing role… but experience in property isn’t essential.

📍 Location

You’ll work across our developments in Northumberland and North Yorkshire, with a particular focus on our Northumberland sites.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
