Picture this.

It's Monday morning. You're on the phones, speaking to potential sellers and landlords across London. Every conversation is an opportunity. Every call could lead to your next success.

By Tuesday, you're competing with ambitious, like-minded colleagues, tracking your progress against clear KPIs and seeing your hard work reflected on the leader board.

Wednesday brings more opportunities to build your commercial skills as you learn how both the Sales and Lettings sides of London's property market operate. You'll gain exposure to two fast-paced sides of property while developing business development techniques that top sales professionals rely on.

By Thursday, the confidence is growing. The cold calls feel easier. The conversations feel more natural. You're generating new business, building relationships and seeing the results of your effort.

Then Friday arrives. Dress Down Friday. The same ambitious environment, just a little more relaxed.

And throughout it all? You're building real sales experience that will set you apart.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Making high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Generating business opportunities across both Sales and Lettings
  • Developing your cold calling and business development skills
  • Building rapport quickly and confidently with a range of clients
  • Working towards clear KPIs and performance targets
  • Learning how London's property market operates from top performers
  • Converting conversations into valuable business opportunities
  • Developing commercial awareness in a fast-paced sales environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
