Role Description
The Trainee Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool. In this position, the trainee will support sales activities by learning to identify prospects, present products or services, and manage client relationships under the guidance of senior team members.

Daily tasks include:
- Participating in sales meetings
- Shadowing experienced managers
- Assisting in preparing proposals
- Updating sales records and reports
The role also involves:
- Learning basic marketing principles
- Supporting promotional campaigns
- Contributing to team targets and performance reviews
Over time, the trainee will develop the skills needed to manage their own portfolio of clients and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present information clearly.
- Basic analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset, comfortable working toward targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Liverpool and collaborate respectfully with colleagues and clients.
