£25,000–£30,000 OTE + Bonuses & Incentives

The Opportunity

Our Trainee Sales Manager Programme is designed for ambitious individuals who already have a foundation in sales and want to develop towards leadership and management.

At Atlas Collective, our teams work directly with customers through face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns for recognised brands.

You’ll begin by strengthening your own sales performance and understanding how our campaigns operate before gradually progressing into coaching, leadership and management responsibilities. We believe future managers should understand the work their teams are doing before being expected to lead them.

As your performance and capability develop, you’ll gain greater responsibility for people, campaign performance and the commercial side of the operation.

About Atlas Collective

At Atlas Collective, we specialise in face-to-face sales, marketing and customer acquisition, representing recognised brands across a variety of campaigns.

Our success is built around strong communication, high standards, personal development and meaningful customer interactions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
