Trainee Sales Manager
Keaze is a specialist Shared Ownership sales and marketing agency seeking an ambitious Trainee Sales Manager. You’ll be a key member of the team being the first point of contact for calls, handling enquiries, arranging viewings and supporting the sales process.
About You
The successful candidate will be driven, naturally chatty, and energized by spending time talking to people on the phone and building relationships. Shared Ownership is a complex product, so this enthusiasm must be backed up by diligence and a sharp eye for detail. We require someone who takes pride in accurate work and avoids careless errors that create additional work for the team.
This is a unique entry-level opportunity to develop key skills in an exciting and rewarding environment. On-the-job training is a vital part of being in this team, and there is a comprehensive programme. Mentoring is a continued theme throughout your career in this organisation and as you become more competent your responsibilities develop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
