Trainee SDR

Manchester City Centre | £26,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission | £40,000+ OTE

We're recruiting for an established global business looking to add entry-level Commercial Executives (SDR) to its high-energy Manchester team.

The role

It's a fast-paced outbound sales environment where you will build your own pipeline, develop your phone-based prospecting skills, and build strong foundations in B2B sales with ongoing support and coaching.

The Commercial Executive package:

  • Uncapped monthly commission + performance-based bonuses
  • £26,500 basic with £40,000+ OTE in Year 1
  • Structured sales training and ongoing development

You'll be responsible for:

  • Executing cold outreach and prospecting across a range of UK businesses
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline using a leading CRM
  • Engaging business owners and senior decision-makers and booking high-quality meetings
  • Developing your sales skills through structured training and coaching
  • Working towards individual and team targets

What we're looking for

We're looking for candidates where resilience, drive and high energy matter far more than previous sales experience.

You'll ideally have:

  • High drive, determination, and strong intrinsic motivation
  • A highly coachable mindset with a desire to learn and adapt quickly
  • Confidence speaking to new people over the phone
  • Resilience, tenacity, and comfort handling daily rejection
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, recruitment or other target-driven environments is a major positive
