Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Sales/Lettings Negotiator role based in Guildford. The role involves supporting the sales and lettings team with property viewings, handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants, and maintaining regular communication with landlords and vendors. The Trainee Negotiator will assist in negotiating offers, preparing property details and marketing materials, and updating internal systems with accurate information. The position also includes learning to manage landlord/tenant matters, coordinating appointments, and providing timely feedback to clients. The role offers training and development to progress within the agency and build a strong foundation in estate agency and property management.

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Interest or experience in Estate Agents and Property Management, with a willingness to develop sector-specific knowledge.
- Understanding or eagerness to learn about Landlord/Tenant Matters and related legal and procedural requirements.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to build a career in sales and lettings.
- Comfortable working on-site, including conducting property viewings and meeting clients in person.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with email, calendars, and property listing platforms.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is highly beneficial.
- Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and handle enquiries effectively over the phone.
