About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our successful team at our Land Rover dealership in Hereford.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00-18:00, with a one-hour break
- Saturday: 09:00-13:00 on a rotational basis
Compensation
Excellent basic salary with OTE up to £36,000 plus benefits.
Role Overview
When clients bring their vehicles into one of our dealerships for service, MOT, or repair, their first point of contact is one of our highly trained Service Advisors.

Duties
- Booking in vehicles
- Greeting clients
- Informing them of progress
- Up selling
- Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments
