Training Contract

2 Years (2028 Intake) – Full time (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17.30)

Your Training Contract with Capital Law

We’re looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. What can you expect?

During your training contract, you’ll rotate through four six-month seats across different practice areas, giving you a well-rounded experience and the opportunity to discover where your passion lies. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on complex cases and projects, supported by a dedicated mentor and supervisor in each seat.

Your rotations may include areas such as:

  • Commercial Disputes
  • Corporate & Debt
  • Commercial & Regulatory
  • Real Estate
  • Employment & Immigration

While we try to accommodate your preferences, seat allocation is determined by business needs and availability.

Alongside your day-to-day work, you’ll participate in workshops, group activities, presentations, and networking events, helping you build strong relationships across the firm. You’ll also develop key skills through tailored training sessions and engage with colleagues at all levels.

  • LPC graduates are eligible to apply only if they meet the SRA's transitional arrangements for the LPC route.
  • Candidates on the SQE route

First-stage interviews will consist of a face-to-face interview with HR, together with a written assessment.

Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre in January 2027. Further details will be provided to shortlisted candidates nearer the time.
