Reports to: Service & Operations Director
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

At Culture Business Technology, we're looking for an Apprentice Stock Controller / Storeperson to join our growing operations team.
No previous experience is required. We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide full training and support to help you develop valuable skills in stock control, warehouse operations, logistics, and procurement.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our operations team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our engineers and customers have the equipment and supplies they need.
You'll learn how to:
- Receive and check deliveries from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Organise, store, and manage stock efficiently.
- Pick and prepare equipment for customer installations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems.
- Assist with ordering stock and consumables.
- Prepare equipment ready for deployment.
- Support engineers with parts and equipment requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages.
- Arrange shipments and collections with couriers.
- Ensure the warehouse and stores area remain safe, tidy, and organised.

Essential Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
A driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
No Experience? No Problem.
You don't need previous warehouse, stores, or stock control experience.
