Specsavers Crawley has an exciting yet rare opportunity to kick start a new career in Optics or perhaps to enhance an existing Optical position elsewhere.
We are looking for one candidate that has some leadership experience to help support our management team and help deliver outstanding customer service to our community.
If you love people (like we do) and want to be part of a team that puts our customers first, we want to hear from you. Optical experience is not essential as our training programme will give you all the tools to become fully skilled.
What We Need:
- Someone with either team leader, supervisor experience in any front-facing, customer service sector (This is a must)

The Role
As a Trainee Supervisor at Specsavers Crawley, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store while developing your leadership skills. You'll lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a welcoming, professional environment for every customer.
Your role mixing supervisory responsibilities and front-of-house duties keeps this job exciting with plenty of opportunity to further your career. You'll support the management team with coordinating the daily workflow, motivating colleagues, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the store. On the shop floor, you'll assist customers with choosing the right frames and lenses, provide dispensing advice, complete spectacle collections and fittings, carry out adjustments and repairs, and support customers with aftercare appointments. You'll also help manage appointments, handle enquiries, process transactions, and ensure the store remains organised and inviting.
