Subsea Connect Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Trainee Production Technician to join our team in Aberdeen.
Founded in March 2020 with just two people, Subsea Connect Solutions has grown to a team of more than 20. Throughout that growth, we’ve stayed true to what sets us apart: a fast, flexible and proactive approach, delivering every job to the highest standard.
We specialise in the manufacture and supply of subsea cable harnesses and cable assemblies, providing robust and reliable connectivity solutions for the demanding underwater technology industry.

About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin and develop a career within the subsea industry. Full training will be provided, with the successful candidate learning practical production and technical skills as part of an experienced team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has an interest in Electrical Engineering, electronics or a related technical field
- Is practical and enjoys hands-on work
- Ideally has some experience using hand tools
- Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is hardworking, dependable and willing to learn
- Can work effectively as part of a team

Previous subsea experience is not essential. What matters most is having the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the motivation to develop new skills.
