Griffin Mill is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Technician to join our busy Aftersales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about cars and looking to build a long-term career within the motor industry. Working alongside our experienced technicians, you will receive hands-on training and develop the skills and technical knowledge required to progress within a modern automotive workshop.
About The Role
As a Trainee Technician, you will work as part of our experienced workshop team, assisting with a variety of servicing, maintenance and repair activities while developing your technical skills.
The Role Will Involve
- Assisting qualified technicians with servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Carrying out basic workshop tasks under supervision
- Learning to inspect vehicles and identify faults
- Developing knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
- Learning to use workshop tools, equipment and diagnostic systems
- Assisting with vehicle health checks and inspections
- Following manufacturer and Griffin Mill procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
- Working efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Developing your skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced technicians

We are looking for someone who is passionate about vehicles and wants to develop a career as a professional Vehicle Technician.
