Trainee Ultrasound Field Service Engineer (South Midlands)
UK Field-Based | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you a recent engineering graduate or HNC/HND qualified and looking to kick-start your career in medical technology?
We're looking for a motivated Trainee Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced engineers, manufacturer courses, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge diagnostic ultrasound equipment used across the NHS and private healthcare.
Modality provides vendor neutral, independent diagnostic imaging services, designed to help our customers meet the challenges of increasing patient demand and improving patient outcomes. With continued growth and a strong reputation in the industry, we are seeking to expand our ultrasound field service engineering team.

What you'll do:
- Learn to QA, service, maintain and repair ultrasound systems
- Work alongside experienced field engineers across the UK
- Attend training and develop industry-leading technical skills
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Progress towards becoming an independent Field Service Engineer

What we're looking for:
- HNC/HND or Degree in Electronics, Electrical or related Engineering
- A passion for technology and problem solving
- Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- Full UK driving licence
