Shift Pattern
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Saturday with one scheduled day off each week, which will be either Tuesday or Thursday.
Pay and Benefits
- A starting salary of £28,934 increasing at 6, 12, 24, and 36 months to £37,531
- Hybrid working available once training is complete, with set office days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Key Requirements
- An effective decision maker, who will actively seek all the information required, demonstrating great attention to detail to come to the best possible conclusion
- You must demonstrate our winning attitude value by making mistakes and showing resilience to learn from them, and adapt to our ever changing, fast paced environment
- A clear communicator, conveying information in a concise and understanding manner, ensuring customers receive clear and helpful guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- You will take and complete a new finance application, work as part of a team to process finance applications and ensure the process is efficient and as smooth as possible for our customers
- Through great questioning, listening and conversational skills you will assess the customers affordability along with their stability and intent, to make a lending decision
- You will take ownership and be expected to efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls for our customers, dealers and internal staff members
