Trainee Vehicle Mechanic (MOD)

Location: Warminster (Commutable from Bath, Frome, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Salisbury)

Salary: £29,500 + Internal Training and Development + Training Course (Fully Funded) + 6% Pension + 26 Days + Bank Holidays + Early finish Friday

Are you a Trainee Vehicle Mechanic or similar, who has recently completed college and is looking to build a career with one of the largest MOD contractors in the UK, where you will get to work on a variety of military vehicles and equipment and gain on the job training from industry experts?

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of military vehicles ranging anywhere from quad bikes to battle tanks that directly support the armed forces. Your work will directly contribute to national Defence, and every day will bring a different challenge.

This role would suit a Trainee Vehicle Mechanic or similar, who has recently completed college and is looking to build a career with one of the largest MOD contractors in the UK, with excellent internal and external training enabling you to technically progress your career, and further great company benefits.

The Role

  • Working with a variety of military vehicles ranging from quad bikes to battle tanks
  • On-going training and development from industry experts
  • 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 1:30pm Friday

The Person

  • Trainee Vehicle Mechanic or similar
  • Looking for a full training program to technical progress
  • Commutable distance to Warminster
