Role Description
The Trainee Workshop Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in London. The role involves supporting the planning, preparation, and delivery of workshops, including setting up training spaces, organizing materials, and assisting with participant coordination. The trainee will shadow experienced facilitators, help lead small group activities, and gradually take responsibility for sections of workshops under guidance.

- Gathering feedback from participants
- Contributing ideas to improve workshop formats and content
The role also includes collaborating with the team on new workshop concepts, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and continuously developing facilitation and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal delivery and active listening.
- Experience or interest in Workshops and group-based learning environments.
- Facilitation and Training skills, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and practice these.
- Creativity skills to design engaging activities and adapt workshop content to different audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build rapport with diverse participants.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing materials and managing schedules.
- Comfort presenting in front of groups and receiving constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in education, coaching, or community projects is beneficial.
- Interest in professional development within learning, training, or facilitation fields.
