About the Role
As a Trainer at DP World, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programmes that support the onboarding, development, and operational readiness of our workforce. Working closely with operational teams across the site network, you will ensure training records remain accurate, compliance requirements are met, and colleagues have the knowledge and skills needed to perform safely and successfully.
How you will contribute
- Deliver induction and onboarding training for new employees, agency workers, and contractors, ensuring a positive and informative introduction to DP World.
- Facilitate classroom-based and practical workplace training sessions covering health and safety procedures, company policies, MHE training, and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate training records, databases, and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures and training materials to ensure information remains current and effective.
- Support the development of colleagues by providing coaching and guidance within operational environments.
- Work collaboratively with site leaders and training colleagues to identify training needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel between operational locations when required to deliver training and support business needs.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the workforce.

What you will bring
- Experience delivering training, coaching, onboarding, or learning activities within an operational, logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, databases, and training documentation.
- Experience creating, updating, or working with procedures and documented processes.
- Ability to confidently engage and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
- Flexible approach to working across different sites, departments, and operational teams.
- Confidence delivering both classroom-based and practical, floor-based training sessions.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites when required.
