Regulated Trainer - PRIMIS Mortgage Network - Field Based

Part of LSL plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 partner firms and circa 3000 advisors.

We are keen to enhance our existing highly proficient and experienced PRIMIS Training Team with the addition of a further Trainer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of a Regulatory Training Programme for our extensive AR Network. This will include Mortgage, Personal Protection, Business Protection, Home Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Later Life and Equity Release.

Main Accountabilities

  • To effectively deliver/facilitate expert training in identified key high-risk areas as directed by the business
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes communicated by the business
  • To work using own initiative, utilising a solution focused approach
  • To support a strong Learning and Development culture within PRIMIS
  • To facilitate the analysis of delegate feedback at appropriate and timely intervals
  • Provide outstanding service to all customers/stakeholders
  • Support the ownership of the annual CPD requirement for the Network
  • Promote good customer outcomes in all delivery

Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Mortgage Advisory linked role, delivering regulated training content. Or, minimum 5 years’ experience in a wider financial services role within the wider Supervision or Advisory sector
  • Working knowledge of the key areas of Mortgages, Protection, Business Protection, Equity Release, Private Medical Insurance and Home Insurance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and presenter
  • CeMAP equivalent qualified with experience within a Mortgage and Protection linked business
  • Equity Release qualified or working towards this is desirable

Monies

  • to £40,000

The car allowance payable with this role is included in the monies stated - a valid driving license is essential.

Location

This role is home based, with occasional travel to offices in Solihull, Chippenham and venues around the UK to host training sessions or attend meetings.
