Then you should join the UK’s largest independent automotive glass repair and replacement specialist as a Trainer Assessor covering Chesterfield, Derby, Doncaster, Leeds, Nottingham, Sheffield, Hull, Lincoln, Scunthorpe and York.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQ’s, with a focus on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards.
  • Operating within the specified region the role with close collaborations with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Staying current with windscreen technology, conducting assessments, giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
