Job Summary

Join the first FACEGYM franchise in Broadgate Studio and be part of an exciting new launch. In this role, you’ll deliver facial workouts, create exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and build strong client relationships, helping introduce FACEGYM’s innovative services to a new community. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the studio’s culture and setting a high standard of excellence as part of a pioneering team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver all workouts in line with FACEGYM protocols
  • Promote and sell FACEGYM workouts, products, and homecare both in-studio and front of house
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
  • Use strong communication skills, body language, and rapport-building techniques to adapt to different client needs
  • Confidently overcome selling challenges and create engaging retail experiences
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked workstations in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Maximise retail opportunities and drive client retention
  • Operate POS systems, tills, and booking systems (Zenoti) efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, products, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth studio operations
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional presentation
  • Take full ownership of the client journey—from consultation through to treatment, aftercare, and checkout

Person Specification

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in beauty, retail, or spa environments
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Team player with a professional and engaging attitude
  • Able to stand for extended periods (6–8 hour shifts)
  • Fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends
